Swim
Comments: Got caught up in some traffic here and there. Folks not letting others pass, etc.. What would you do differently?: Gone harder from the start. Wasn't too happy with my swim time. Transition 1
Comments: I'm slow in transitions - I need to work on that. What would you do differently?: Practice. Bike
Comments: Felt good - I do well when I keep my cadence around 100 which is my natural cadence. What would you do differently?: Trained more.. ;-) Transition 2
Comments: Again - slow in transitions... What would you do differently?: Practice Run
Comments: Felt good - could have gone harder in the first half. I also wish I wore a lighter top than my regular short sleeved bike shirt. What would you do differently?: Not stopped for water!! Post race
Warm down: Best part - Father's Day and my wife and kids showed up to see me finish!! Always nice! *And*, they had the post-race breakfast boritos...ahghghghg! What limited your ability to perform faster: 1) swim pile ups 2) could have swam harder 3) transitions, transitions, transitions... Event comments: Great race! Nice pool, fast bike course and I love the run through the parks. Last updated: 2006-06-20 12:00 AM
