Subject: RE: 2 bikes for sale Depending on how serious you are about tri's, if this is your first best thing to do is put Aero-bars on a road bike. I raced on a Trek 1200 last year, which Trek's low end bike because I did not want to dump a ton of cash on something I may not like. I am hooked now, I bought a Kestrel Talon set for Tri's and getting another new road bike.
Throwing aerobars on a road bike is the most cost effective way of doing it, not too mention it does not limit you to one type of bike. Just make sure it is fitted properly and set properly for tri's or the road.
