I'll get up pictures in a little bit, but let's get the wheel rolling on this one...

2012 Zipp Sub 9 Tubular w/ Zipp Tangente Tire: $800 shipped & insured. UPDATE: PRICE DROP $650 OBO.

Only ridden for races, ~15 total rides (figure 10 races and 5 rides on it the day before when traveling).

Included is crack pipe, Zipp skewer, and soft bag for storage/travel.

Disk has been dinged a couple of times (3 spots) during travel, but numerous conversations with Zipp officials have assured me that it's fine to race on (and I have done so).

Only reason I am selling is because I am switching to sponsor wheels.

1. Price drop: $750, OBO. Want to sell this!

Pics, and some more background:

So, on the non-hub side, you'll see the dings. There are 3 "imprints" where the carbon fiber has not been cracked through about 3 inches from the hub. There is one place (where I use my finger as a reference) where there is a maybe 1inch sliver of a crack that broke through the outer layer.

In many conversations with the Zipp folks - the Sub 9 disk is basically solid foam/core throughout, so any puncture or ding will only be superficial/cosmetic. There are no issues with weight bearing. I can tell you I raced IM 70.3 WC, IMFL, and FL 70.3 all with the single crack, and FL 70.3 with the set of 3 dings (at race weight 175#).
