They've posted the swim waves and timelines for the race on the site - it's at

12 waves, 8 minutes apart.  They're estimating that the first finisher will be done at 8:22 AM.  She'll be done before I'm even out of the water. :)

How do I access the elevation of the bike route? The link you posted just takes me to the Google Pedometer Site. I also checked out the Reston club site and didn't see anything.

Thanks for posting the elevation........I'm very excited about the race....it should be a really good event.....I'm going to do the princeton ride tomorrow.....my last shot at those hills before race day.
