The Swim, T1, Bike and Run DVD is done and ready to ship. Since it is so big (over 1.5 hours), it will not be available for download. If you want a copy use the PayPal button on the right side of the page (www.simplystu.com) and I will get it in the mail today. Make sure you add your mailing address.



Swim: A complete video tour of the start and T1 area.


Bike: See each and every foot of the 112 miles of the route


Run: See each mile of the 26.2 miles of the run.



If you already purchased the prior DVD, I will send you this DVD that includes the run for free.



The cost is $15. That will cover the cost of the production, DVD, and shipping.

This DVD is the BOMB!!!  I have watched it 3 times already.  After running on the course today, I felt as if I had already run it.  And we all know how useful prior knowledge of the course is mentally!!

Well worth it.

Just wanted to say that the run video helped me out tremendously in yesterday's race because I didn't inspect any part of the run course prior to the race and it was cool to recognize many parts of the course. Thanks again.
