Hi all,
Ok so been "lurking" awhile and flicking through some webpages and magazines etc.... And now back on civi street I've decided to do it and put MMA & Muay Thai on the sideline and focus/transition to the admirable world of triathlon!! So prepare for some silly, bone questions and queries from me.

With an MMA background at least you're starting with a strong core. My background was football so I started with knackered knees

Don't worry about bone head questions! We are all here to help! You'll find a lot of great resources here as I'm sure you have found out, and don't be afraid to ask again because your situation in training might be a bit different than anyone else! Triathlon training is highly individualized and is an art form. So dive right in and have fun!
