Stay For the Awards Ceremony?

I have red hair. I've gotten sunburned several times waiting for the results.

If I placed or I have friends who placed I try to stay. I'm typically in a hurry to get back to family so it's not always possible. Doesn't bother me if others stay or go.

Yes. I stick around and try to thank volunteers and the race director for a job well down. Although the first time I placed, I left before the awards because it never crossed my mind that I would get an award.
