As my training increases I am finding that I am getting a recurring pain in my hip joint. Not at the side or front but deep in the join where your hamstring meets your butt. Any suggest of what it may be or how to diminish it? I was kind of thinking it might be bursitis.....?
I had a deep hip pain that was the result of buying a pair of neutral gait running shoes. If the new pain coincides with a new shoe purchase, you might look into that.
Thanks for all the tips. I never though about my shoes... hmmm. Although I haven't purchased new shoes, my old shoes are reaching replacement age. I also have pretty tight hamstring so I'm sure some extra stretching would probably help out.
