Has anyone used this heart rate monitor?

I am trying to find out if it worth it, or should I just save more to get a more expensive one?

I actually went with the Timex Triathlon HRM. It ended up being 58.88$ w/shipping and handling. I have already swum with it and NO condensation under the crystal. It's light weight and reccommended for the nove to advanced triathlete. i have already cut my 10k time by almost 5 minutes by using this HRM . here is the link that i got my at if anyone is interested.

depends on who you ask. I have the S150 which has the bike functions and have no problems with it other than no back light for when you have to ride in the dark. If your want to use it for a bike computer and a heart rate monitor then it's worth the $117.00

I have a Polar s150 but I haven't gotten around to hooking it up on my bike yet. As a HRM, it's worked great -- I've had no problems with it. It would be nice if it had a backlight. I use it when swimming with no problems. I've also noticed that when I do the recumbant bike at the gym, where my arms are down at my sides, it loses communication with the transmitter and doesn't register the workout at all. The bike itself has a built-in HRM, so it's not a problem for me but you might want to check that out if that may be an issue for you. I got a refurb one from PerformanceBike.com for $80.
