Puking...interesting that you should use that description.  I've been training now for around 3 months and just yesterday had enough of the elite/pro riders pass me like I'm standing still (I live in Boulder, CO) so I kept pace with a couple of them for 33 min on an uphill ride and well you guessed it; had to stop hands/knees...side of the road...guess that counts as my first TT.

How often do any of you push to all out levels?  Running / Riding / Swimming?

And if you are a Clydesdale/Athena or a novice - I've heard that LSD means Large, Slow, and Deliberate .... as in describing me and my running style/pace.
