Okay, boys... I know you're looking, even though the thread subject includes the words "for ladies". I'm warning you now, turn back now before it's too late - you don't want to be here.

Still here? (sigh) okay.... DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!!

Now - for you LADIES.... I wanted to share a product with you that I absolutely LOVE for use during that certain time of the month (guys, if you're still here, it's still not too late to hit the back button!).

I've always found tampons a little uncomfortable, and pads are, well - you know - a little like wearing diapers... I always used tampons to exercise, but always removed them immediately afterwards because I just don't like the way they feel.

Along comes this product: http://www.softcup.com/ WOW! It's amazing! I can't feel it at all, I can do any workout without any leakage - it's almost like I'm not having a period at all (if not for the cramping...). I guess there are other menstrual cups on the market (moon cup, diva cup, keeper) but this is the only one I've presonally tried.

Anyway -- just wanted to share....

Some of us boys have wives or girlfriends (hopefully not both) that don't frequent the board... So we might just be able to pass along the info.

So for all the guys who are silently thanking you for the information, I'll do it publicly -- THANKS!

Huge fan of the UK Mooncup here (there's another Mooncup made in the US by the Keeper but it's totally different). I have a Divacup that I like too but I find the Mooncup a little more user-friendly.

Fabulous! For me, anyway - as with anything I suppose, YMMV... Like I said - I've had no issues whatsoever with it in any kind of workout.

Do you know how it compares size-wise to the diva cup? I ordered one of those online (diva) and let's just say it's a lot bigger then I thought it would be

The Instead cup is flatter in shape than mooncup, keeper, etc. It's more similar to a diaphragm in size & shape.... Here's a bit of comparative info:
