Champion  4942     Richmond, VA |  Subject: Anyone watch Breaking Bad on AMCAnyone watch this show? I DVRed a season 1 marathon the other day and watched it over the weekend. Turns out it was actually pretty entertaining. Took a little longer then I would have liked for the story lines to develop, but really good acting. I just couldn't get past the fact that the main character looks through-out most of Season 1 like Mr. Dithers from the Simpsons.

Its darker than Weeds and IMHO, more realistic than weeds. Not to spoil, but I loved it when Walt confronted Tucco - "You got one thing wrong, this isnt crystal" BOOM! Brilliant |

Remember he had the lecture on the "symmetry" of organic chemistry and used the right hand / left hand analogy thalidomide? My guess is that his technique for bypassing pseudophedrine using the stuff they stole - that creates the opposite "handed" and they end up putting "bad drugs" out on the street. Yo! |

I think his morals are going to get the better of him. He's already killed two people and sent one guy to prison (the janitor). Its already been previewed that he needs 11 sales and wants to get out of his deal w/ Tucco as well. Maybe he'll give Tucco the bad batch. |

There are actually some pretty good drama's on TNT and USA channel lately. My all-time favorite so far is Burn Notice. I want to be Michael Westin sooo bad. Next is In Plain Sight. I don't know the name of the main star, that blonde woman - but I'm in love with her. She could handcuff me and beat me up all day and stuff and I'd love it. Next is probably Breaking Bad, and then the old standby's of the various Law and Order shows. |
