There are many theories on the proper % of macros to eat. 40/30/30 , 60/20/20 etc, etc. You say you feel good and have plenty of energy, so this might be right for you. Just keep your overall calories in check to lose weight. As an endurance athlete, I would be more concerned that your protein is so low. You need that to repair your muscles. |
