This article really spoke to me for some reason.  Trying to incorporate it.  Any thoughts?

Good article.  No earth shattering news for me, but a good reminder of eating properly.

I knew pasta wasn't the greatest energy source, but didn't realize how bad it really was (according to him).  I don't eat much pasta anymore any ways.  Most of my "starchy" carbs comes from brown rice and oatmeal.

I know I need to start eating more veggies!

That is a pretty good article, while I knew about the pasta aspect, I like how it shows the breakdown of carbs in fruits & veggies.

Do you agree with getting 25% of your daily calories from breakfast alone though?

That's a pretty large breakfast. I suppose you could always taper down as the day goes on. That just doesn't work for me though.

I have trouble tapering my meals; I already struggle with not eating 2-3 hrs before bed time.

I try to keep my meals equally planned throughout the day.

Depends on your goals - makes sense, I think, for weight loss especially.  Also, it probably assumes a pretty strong training sched.
