What is your impression of the course? I heard that some of the roads are rough. I won't have a chance to take a look until race day.

Parts of the road are rough... the old "pancake" tar and chip treatment... not at all loose

A couple of sharp turns, but clearly marked. Very little shoulder to ride on. The RD has marked every turn with white paint on the road.... very nice.

I am not a fan of the tar & stone roads, oh well. Glad to hear the road is well marked. See you tomorrow.
