IMKY BT friends

I just got back in town tonight and I had a package waiting for me.  It was an IMKY BT shirt!  It came with a card that said "Mike, we will miss you in Louisville.  Your friends at BT"

For those who might not know, I have done IMKY in 2007 and 2008 annd was planning to go back and give it another go this year but herniated a disc in my neck while lifting weights and won't be able to do the race.  In 2008 I wore a bright florecent yellow that stuck out like a sore tumb.  So when the IMKY 2008 BTers where selecting this year's shirts, they chose a color similar to the bright shirt I wore.

Triathletes and very unique people and I think the sub-set of triathletes that have the guts to try an ironman are a even more unique.  I am honored and humbled to belong to such a special group of people.

Thanks you very much IMKY BTers!  This means more to me than you can imagine!
