Subject: Avatar size/format?
Are there guidelines as to avatar size / format? Is there a delay in it appearing after it's been loaded? I've been trying to get something up besides my blurry leg with race number.

I'm pretty sure it's 50mb and .jpg or .bmp.  Someone will come along and correct this if I am wrong.

Okay, I'm here.

Are you sure you don't mean 50kb instead of 50mb? I could be wrong, but 50 megabytes is pretty big.

Also, go to the help page - there are instructions there for what to do if you upload a new pic but the old pic stays.
