Great report! You learned alot from being in a race type enviroment and you will have experiece to build on for your next event. Keep up the good work and let us know if we can help you in any way.

Also thanks for stressing the importance of getting the proper shoes. We sometimes will spend more on aides for swimming than we will for a good pair of shoes.

Pretty good for a 10 year advanced office chair pilot veteran. I especially enjoyed the finishing twice before crossing the final line. Two of my kids were at my first tri to help me know where the end was.
