I'm in - I could use this 'kick in the butt.' I will commit to 80 miles (sorry, still in the Imperial Age). The Olympics should be helpful - I always get motivated to work out when the Olympics are on. Go Team Canada!!

Well, here I go.....

I'm in for my first challenge.

My training plan says 299 minutes of running in February, and I plan to stick to it.

Let's show them Canadians can run! (Even if it is slow)

Can't be any worse than last month were I was sick for 2 weeks.  Feeeling good so I am up for the challenge.
