Comments: started out slow , wanted to keep hr below 1.45 keep it lower than 152 and keep pushing my pass up first mile was around 11 then 10.30 then 10.00 then i hit the bridge . not my favorite part. the gels and water keep me going every 1/2 hour i made sure to fuel even though i felt like i did not need it the turn at mile 7 just proved to me that i trained for this thing and raised my heart rate to 165 with a pace of around 9 min. miles from that part i keep bouncing back from 1.70 hr to 1.68 still making sure i had enough in me to finish . mile 11 sort of caught up with me my right calf tighten up a bit. i just ran through it before i knew it i was on poydrus and knew then it was time to give it all . it felt good to have enough in my body to finish strong ![]() Post race
