I mail out my electric bill with an old 37cent stamp and I haven't gotten it back yet. What will happen to it? Could they jus tthrow it out?

haha, I did the same thing a little while ago and it went through just fine.  I think they have a sort of grace period.  I'd still call the e-company and tell them what you did, so  if they don't get it they won't send Guido and Vinny out after you.

Same here I mailed mine the same way and they took it so I dont know if they added 2 cents to my bill but it did go through.

I would but they want to charge like 3 extra dollars to pay the bill online.

i closed a credit card account BC they charged my $2 to pay online.

they dont throw it out. they return it to the sender. now if you left that little space blank it goes to some magical pile of lost sh&t, so **essentially** they toss it.
