Subject: Dear The Hill (and Company...)

Along the lines of some threads recently....

Yes, you.  The lungbuster, the milker of profanity, the overall pain in the ***.  Remember those times last year I said I would beat you someday?  Well, turns out this weekend despite icy cold and wind, I beat the tar out of some of your buddies.  Sure, I was a bit surprised too, but it felt really good.  Seems that hard work pays off.  Dont worry, Mother Nature will probably keep me on the spin bikes and trainer for a few more weeks (though we have tangled on a few runs this winter already and you will probably see me there again soon).  But be warned, cuz I know where you live and I am going to kick your *** all summer long.  Go ahead, call up your buddies too cuz no matter how many you call or how big your friends are, I know someday I will whup up on em too.  I look forward to our upcoming engagements!

 With Love,

Joe

Thats what I'm talkin about!

I had a little dance with the devil last weekend too at the Chilly Hilly and I kicked his butt! "The Hill" has left his mark on me many times, but last weekend I got the better of him and my goal this summer is to make sure he never beats me again!

I hope it didn't sound like I was knocking the post or the achivement.  It was just my attempt at humour.  I regularly have my run in with the hill, and must say that it slaps me around and leaves me for dead, most of the time.... who am and I kinding ALL of the time.

I've got a few of those in my sights.  They think they've won.  Pending a break in the winter weather, I will soon make them my b*tches.
