Zipp 2011 Zipp Firecrest 808 Tubular

In the spirit of full disclosure, this set of wheels is also on eBay, but I'm listing at a lower price here since there are no eBay fees here

Price = $1,650 shipped to US locations. I would consider shipping international but the buyer would have to pay the net difference over US shipping cost. I'm willing to listen to other offers as well.

This is a set of Zipp Firecrest 808 Tubulars with Shimano/SRAM hub. They were used as a demo set at my local bike shop. I got a good deal on these but got buyer's remorse, since I haven't dealt with tubulars before. I'm going to buy a clincher set when I get these sold.

According to the shop they were ridden a total of 5 times, and by the look of the brake surface and tires that appears to be accurate. They have the "demo" stickers as shown in the picture. Those can be easily replace with a new set from Zipp or eBay fairly inexpensively if desired.

These include Zipp Tangente 700x23 tires, which I think retail for about $90 each. Supposedly these are excellent tires, but again, I know very little about tubulars, so take that with a grain of salt.

Given free shipping, almost new tires and skewers included, I think this is a fair price.
