Subject: RE: Femoral anterior glide syndrome, anyone have this?Definitely build the glutes, but also ask the PT to set you up with a solid all-around strength training program for your core... basically, for anything that will augment the muscles used by SBR. Pains/injuries occur where muscle weakness and imbalances are as they will cause the body to compensate in some way when when you try to recruit those muscle for use... strengthen as much as you can, and you'll be less prone to future injury.
