Are any other members going in this race? This will be my first formal introduction to a triathlon and I am looking forward to it.

My daughter is going to do the KOS can't wait! I've done a tri there before when it was the tr-diva. Enjoy it!

This will be my 2nd year doing this as an Icebreaker race. Nothing super challenging apart from the winds. Great way to shake the rust off.

My son is doing some KOS this year but he is 7 and we are waiting until he has 5 weeks of swimming 3 days/week. So he will be at the Uof C KOS.
