I don't understand why his time behind the leader has not changed. He's been 9:35 behind for days now. As I see it, the only way to remain 9:35 behind the leader is to tie the leader every day. I don't think that's been happening and that's why I'm confused. For instance, in stage 9, Lance maintained 9:35 behind Voekler (he's been 9:35 behind the leader since stage 5 ). However, he placed 44th and Voeckler placed 29th. So, how come Lance's time behind the leader didn't increase?
