Subject: 16/1/04 or 01/16/04..........Depending on which country you're in! Rest week for me this week so just an upper body workout this morning after a long dog walk to get warmed up. Still getting used to weight training again (and using a Total Gym for the first time!) but felt good afterwards. Now the fat's gone I might as well start to build some muscle to see instead! Looking forward to getting back to my usual volume next week. |
