Subject: Aussie girl saying hello!!!Hi all,
I am doing the 20 week couch to Olympic training program with my first Oly race in January 2005. I am into week 4 and feeling great - really motivated. I have done 4 sprint triathlons and decided it was time to move things up a notch! I am excited! I am also very very HUNGRY most of the day. I am juggling a 2 yr old son, work and training sessions, sometimes I wonder why I am doing this - then I remember the wonderful feeling of major achievement you get when you cross that finish line! Any tips on training and nutrition would be MUCH appreciated.
