Subject: Mackinaw Tri?
Is anyone heading up in a couple weeks? The fiance and I are signed up for a relay team. The distances of 800/30k/5k will be great if you are a good swimmer and strong rider.

I did this race the past 2 years.  It's a  such a fun small race on a super flat course.  I can't make it this year though.  Have fun!

Ill be there again this year.  My Father and cousin will be joinning me.  We had a great weekend last year, hopefully the weather cooperates again.

I will be there this year as well. It's been a couple of years since I did my last tri. I work on Mackinac Island for the summer which has allowed me to get some good training in. I hopped in the water to just stretch out today and it was freeeeezing. I think the water in Mac City is warmer though, but it never hurts to be prepared!

I hope everyone makes it up safely and we have a great day to do some racing.

Ok, definitely in now.  Hopefully the weather cooperates.  Looks like there's a slight chance of rain and they were reporting 64 degree water.   Bring your wetsuits guys and gals!

Fun little race, the relay team between my fiance and I was a hoot. I'm super proud, her first race type event on a cyclocross bike and she averaged over 21 MPH for her leg of the race. Now if I could only swim and run faster.
