Any thoughts on this one?  Reviews look good.  I am on the waitlist for the Cooper tri so if I do not get in, we will ride the 100K

Did this one last year and really enjoyed it.  You might check out the elevations.  It's very hilly.  The support last year was good and there were plenty of sag wagons.  I can't say that I remember the road conditions though.  I think I would remember if they were bad.  I'm planning on doing this ride and doing 2 loops through glen rose to get 100 miles (or close to it).

I've heard several people tell me that this is their all time favorite ride. I'll be there, but am planning on taking it "easy" this weekend and only doing the 41 mile route.

We will be there, if you see a crazy girl and guy well ahead of her going down Goatneck Hill, say HI. That will be me. We usually do hill repeats from the rest stop at top all the way down to the bottom rest stop. I think its a 7 mile  distance between the two rest stops. One year we did it 4 times. We get 85 to 100 miles if we do the hill repeats. That hill is a ton of fun to ride down then time trial to the rest stop and then back up. Its toward the end of the ride so you don't get worn out before half way.

I will either be on my tri bike or my road bike. My road bike was feeling left out and decided to break its front derailler, I haven't been on it since Easter. Tried it out for fun and it was broken. HMMMM.

I'll be there! I have quite a few friends do it for the past couple years and they had a great time so I thought why not.
