I train with FastForward Sports in Boulder and swim at one of the 24hour Fitness locations.

I have 8 halfs under my belt. I heard this is a great course but the swim is super cold.

i just did a sprint in lake Michgan , the water temp was 58 deg.. it was super super cold, i couldnt even get my face in to get a breath.

i hope its not that cold..
