I am guessing they had no plans.  I am working tonight and was thinking of doing a bike ride sunday morning before a family cookout.  I am available mon, tues or wed morning...don't know what your schedule is like? Or maybe in the eve on saturday like 5 or 6 ??  Let me know.  I have yet to do an ocean swim and I am signed up for the natasket tri so gotta get out in the ocean soon

Unfortunately,  curlzrn , your schedule doesnt jive with mine.   I am going to swim at Walden Sat Am then I have to work.   Am free Sunday Am though

Sorry, I cannot make Nahant this weekend, going to the Cape due to the gorgeous weather. Wasn't sure if anyone would come to Nahant this week since no one came last week. You are welcome to join me at Sandy Neck Beach in Barnstable tomorrow! Curlz, I may be able to do a day at Nahant during the week, what time would you want to go? I could do Tues, Wed, or Thurs, just not too early. I am free all day those days....

I WILL be doing another weekend Nahant swim in two weeks, the weekend of the 29th.

Hey Curlz, sorry I can't make it tomorrow, I am a little under the weather from the heat, I did a long bike ride and I really do not feel well, think it is heat related. :-( How do people train in this awful weather?????

sorry  you are not feeling well.  The biking is not bothering me too much as I will just go out early but my running has been about 1/2 what I usually do. Today 7am it is already gross. I love the hot and muggies but not when exercising.
