Cane creek tri?

I did it last year.

The bike was pretty standard stuff for the area, just some rolling terrain.

I didn't particularly like the run. As I recall it was an out and back two times. The out part was slightly downhill and then uphill on the back. It seemed kind of crowded at times.

The race was wetsuit legal last year, but just barely. With all of the cool nights we have been having lately, I would expect it would probably be wetsuit legal again this year.

Overall, I enjoyed it.

I am doing it this year, will be my first tri.  I rode the bike course last saturday didnt seem to bad at all.  Couldnt tell you about the water. I plan to bike the course and do the run this saturday. 

Where do you find the course map?

Edit: Forgot to mention, yes, I am doing it but did not do it last year.

For those wondering about water temps at Cane Creek...took the family the lake today to go swimming and the water was plenty warm (about the same as the lap pool at the Y so I am guess 82-83).  It is possible it will be wet suit legal but definately won't be "cold".    The park itself is a great little lake park.  Tons of picnic tables, sand beach, life guards, concession stand, trails, volleyball, etc.  $4 a car load and $4/pp for the beach area.

Race is tomorrow! Is it going to rain? Imagine that, it hasn't rained hardly at all in the last couple of months and now they're calling for it!
