Subject: Tri for Sight
Anyone doing the Tri/Du for Sight? I haven't swam all year and have gotten my wife into cycling, so we are gonna "Do the Du" together. I miss the Tri part of it, but I won't miss that line to get into the water.

I was on the fence about this one, but turns out I'm going to be on vacation.  I went to their clinic back in June.  Looks to be a fun race.

Rats - signed up for the Bourbon City Challenge, which looks like lots of fun, but is on the same day.

5 mile run

3-4 mile kayak and orienteering

8 mile road bike

I'll rock my BT IM Lou from last year pre and post race if anyone wants to tell me how slow and fat I've gotten. I won't be offended.
