Oh no! The Tour de France is over. What are we going to do now?
Well, we're gonna have a one week challenge. This will get us through July, at least.
You can set goals in ONE to FOUR activities: Swim, bike, run and/or other.
If you fall behind in one goal, you can make it up in another.
(Ex: 0% Swim + 200% Run is still 100% Overall
)
At the end of the week, the WINNERS will be determined by:
a
) The overall average in each category.
(Ie: Swim average, Run average, etc.
)
b
) Individual totals.
(Ie: the person with the highest completion average
)
