Does anyone here use fitday.com for calculating calories. I'm curious how accurate the calorie calculator on the "activities" page are. It calculates Basal, Lifestyle and Activities. The Basal - Lifestyle total seems a little high too me.

i just checked it out and messed around...thinking of doing something like that here...in the way future.  BUT fitday seems 'cumbersome'.  is their an option to put frequently used MEALS together instead of always having to do it individually.  that is very time consuming....we'll hell, just logging food intake is time consuming.  do u know of any other food/calorie logs?

No Ron, that's the only one I know of. It's a little cumbersome at first, but once you start to enter foods you eat often, it saves them in recently eaten foods, then its just a few clicks. You can also customize foods and save them, so if you take the time to set down and enter all the nutrition data for custom foods then it would be quick to enter them in the future. Whatever you come up with in the future for this site, I certainly would rather come here, I use the training log already and would love to see a nutrition log included.

I use it occasionally to track my percentages & calories. As Ron says, it is a bit cumbersome & I have to manually enter a lot of the foods I eat. I haven't found anything easier yet.

I tried fitday briefly earlier this year and at the time it was too much trouble. I just started logging my food in a daily journal. I have seen different software for tracking calories and such. One of the reason's I loved BFL, you know what you can eat for each meal and no counting calories. I do tend to track protein when weight training heavier to make sure getting enough though.
