It's a little cumbersome at first, but once you start to enter foods you eat often, it saves them in recently eaten foods, then its just a few clicks. You can also customize foods and save them, so if you take the time to set down and enter all the nutrition data for custom foods then it would be quick to enter them in the future. Whatever you come up with in the future for this site, I certainly would rather come here, I use the training log already and would love to see a nutrition log included. |
