Up for sale is a 2007 54cm Cervelo P1 Triathlon Bike. Excellent condition and low miles.

-Aero Aluminum Cervelo Frame
-Carbon Fork
-Full Shimano Ultegra components including front and rear derailleur, bar-end shifters, and rear 10-speed (12-25) cassette
-FSA Gossamer 50/34T crank
-Shimano R500 Wheelset with Vittoria Rubino Pro Slick Tires
-Vision TT Bars
-Cane Creek headset
-San Marco Saddle
-reversible Cervelo seat post

 

I'm selling to upgrade to a P2.  This bike has a few minor scratchs/normal wear.  Mainly the crank has a few scratches near the ends where it's been scuffed by cleats.  There is one small scratch on the top tube (cleats again).  And then there is a scratch on the top of the rear derailleur from clipping it into the trainer.  Other than that, it's in great condition.  Pedals not included.  Price is $1,150 plus ACTUAL COST to have the bike professionally packed and shipped to your location.  In my experience, the break-down/packing runs about $50.

Sadly, I bet it goes for $1,000. I  don't get it...the aluminum cervelo's are making a huge comeback because they are more aero then a bunch of carbon frames out there now (planet-x, kuota).  A few years ago, you couldn't sell them for more then $700.

A quick check of Ebay's completed listings.  Shows that in the last week, 3 Cervelo P1s have sold for over 1200 dollars.  So it looks like it's priced right.

 

Is it still for sale?

I just got one at a MAJOR sale at my LBS for $1070 but on any other day it would have been $1300 so $1000 is a GREAT price!
