Subject: new exercises
I normally do what us called "The Royal Court" everday day. it helps to do these 3 exercises( hindu squats, hundu push-ups, and back bridges. they improve overall core fitness and flexibility. i would love to explain this exercises to anyone if interested or you could go to www.mattfurey.com

I would also like to suggest a few.

Muscle----------------Exercise
Back and Biceps--------Chins
Legs----------------Bulgarian Split Squat
Shoulders-----------Power Jerk
Shoulders-----------Split Jerk
Shoulders-----------Face Pulls
Shoulders and legs-----Keg Toss
Legs-------------------Sled Drag
Legs--------------------Rhythm Squat
Legs---------------------Reverse Hyperextension
Shoulders and legs-----DB Swings
Back----------------------Trap Bar Deadlift

Keg Toss and DB swings also work hip extension and leg explosion which is the reason why you could include them in legs as well.

Chins...would 'Pullups-medium grip' work for Back? Or are they different?

Keg Toss, I would say the Shoulders are the main muscle?

DB swings....shoulders too?

NOTE: Bulgarian Split Squat = Squat, Bulgarian Split
Rhythm Squat = Squat, Rhythm
Trap Bar Deadlift = Deadlift, Trap Bar

From my understanding, chins (or you can call them chinups) are pullups with a supinated grip instead of the conventional pronated grip used for pullups. 

Yeah, for keg toss and db swings it would make the most sense to put them under shoulders.

Done.  Current wide and medium grip pullups have the added pronated extension.  I added 'Pullups - Medium Grip, Supinated' for the other version.

Keg toss and db swings are in shoulders.
