Subject: General Log-ing Procedure

  • For 'Calendar View', click on the # for the day you would like to log data. For the 'Blog' view, just click on 'Edit Todays Log.'
  • Only log the data you want to keep track of.
  • Pace will NOT be automatically calculated when you save your log...you must press 'calc' when you want it calculated and applied to graphs and reports.
  • For strength training, after you pick the 'muscle group' and select the 'exercise' from the two dropdowns, YOU MUST click 'Add exercise' - this will open up empty data feilds to put your set/rep/weight data in.
  • Log will be saved when you click on the top buttons...'save and return to:'

'Bulk modification' (copy/move/delete) training data to other dates.  You can get to it from blog or calendar.  BE CAREFUL!  Use this carefully at first and PLEASE report all 'weird things' happening.  Things have been pretty stable since we first put it online.

Some great work on the site, this is without a doubt one of the more functional and useful sites I have ever visited. keep up the good work. Is programming and web design your professoin or hobby?

Hey Ron! ... great work yet again, one thing though, as I am an Aussie, we are at least half a day ahead of the US, which means for most of the day our Blog is actually showing yesterday for us, not today, can the Blog calendar perhaps read off the same settings we set in the Control Panel that the "planned training" thing under it seems to run from perhaps? It is a minor annoyance that is far outweighed by the usefulness of everything else but thought I would let you know

Hi Ron, I'm pretty new to this site, and I really appreciate everything that is available here. But since you asked to report 'weird things,' I have found a really small one when copying my strength training workouts. I've been doing ABS last, but when I copy the data to a new day, the ABS appear first.

I simply delete the ABS line, update any weight/rep data, and then add ABS again. No big deal.

Thanks,
jlk

jeffk...so is it just basically alphabatizing (sp?) it and thats it?

akuma - we have reset things so the blog or calendar defaults to control panel time settings and not local server time.

If it is alphabetizing (I'll use your spelling , it's only doing it for ABS; the rest of the workout is not alphabetical (chest, back, shoulders, back, triceps, biceps).
