Vidalia Sprint 9/19

EtaSnu....Do It!!!
I did it last year and plan on doing it again this year. Last year it was a first year event and had a field of about 140-160 total.
Its nicely run by Chris at DRC Sports. Its a bit out in the middle of nowhere land but a fun event.
The course is first timer friendly......very flat swim, LOL
Light rollers on the bike and a good challenging hilly 5K thru a sub-division with one 2 house (last year).
Im planning on it the week before Augusta 70.3 Should be fun.

Well that settles it this is going to be my first triathlon. I'm excited!

Looks like they added a Du and changed the logo.
Sould be fun one week before Augusta 70.3

I am in. I will also be out there with a lot of my local friends. 6 of them will be doing their first Tri at Vidalia!

I just wanted to throw out a plug for DRC Sports. I did one of their races in May and it was very well run. I wish I could make this one, maybe next year!

Yea cant wait..need to speed my swim up a little... You said one week b/f augusta, I'm just jealous you are doing Augusta..Hopefully next year I will be ready..
Did they change it to a du and tri to increase paticipants?
Anyway it will be a lot of fun from what I have heard..
