Can you describe what you were doing exactly?  We will get it back today...I assume it's your 'actual training'

Nothing new really I posted yesterday (9/18) and everything was fine, then today I went to review my previous data and it was all missing except for the information I posted 9/18 and all the “inspire me” posts.

All should be good.  Looks pretty current.

Still can't tell if if there is an issue as it happens infrequently and not a lot of information but we will keep looking and tracking it.

Again, sorry for the inconveniance.

No worries.... It would be cool if we could back up data on our own... way off the subject but it would be cool if we could input our start time of our exercise (running, cycling, etc..) then based upon that start & finish time the weather could be extracted from some weather web site then that data could be automatically put in our training log… does that make sense? Or is that just way over the top?

you know ott, about having the weather inputed and tracked per day, that has been asked before and i know a runners log does that...

perhaps having this permanently logged is useful?  anybody else?  whats your reason?  i always wondered how useful that would be.

it wouldnt be hard to do...just more stuff to display....

thoughts everyone?

Like Aaron said to track how the heat affects our performance... The difference between my run on a 55deg day compared to 70deg day is huge

I noticed something similar when I clicked on the "new" Nutrition pop-up under the 'Blog Week Month' etc. quicklinks.

It "clears up" when you click on Actual again.

Also, as far as temp is concerned, I use the NOAA site to keep track of the temp and humidity (as the humidity in the mid-atlantic was rather nasty this year) and keep that in my .xls spreadsheet (and sometimes include it in the workout area).  But I agree, I like to keep track of my performance based on the environmental effects - I also log the terrain (flat, rolling, hilly) as well as windy or rainy.
