Hello out there,
I am new to the training scene. I tried a few Tri last year and really liked them. Well, this year I have signed on the do the same ones just faster. I have started doing things hopefully a lot smarter but would love to find a training plan w/o breaking the bank. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to send them my way. I have found beginnertriathlete to be an awesome took that is getting better with every update. Thanks for all.

Any help on what zones I should be training in for the sprint workouts? I did my first sprint last year and faired pretty well I thought. Obviously I would like to improve this year, so I have been building a better base for harder workouts starting next week. I can easily accomplish the third month of the 16 week plan. But again what HR % should I be using for these workouts? Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated. If you need specific info my log has a lot of my stats. Thanks for all the support and help. This truly is a great find.

Congrats on last year and your goals for this year.  There are some real experts or people here at BT that I would trust to advise you on heart rate.  Maybe they will chime in!
