Subject: RE: 20 min runYes, do the 20 min runs, it will be beneficial to your training over time. Look at it this way, let's say you run 10 min miles, in that 20 min you have covered 2 miles. Do that 2 x week and you have 4 extra miles for the week without a lot of extra stress on your body/joints/tendons. There is a saying that I've learned since joining the BT community - runs lots, mostly easy, sometimes hard. There are a lot of great discussions and advice in previous threads about this topic.
