Subject: Swimsense upload issues

Hi, it looks like Finis has ported the swimsense site to a new site (Finis Streamline, or something like that).  The current upload process at BT doesn't seem to work anymore.  Are there plans to address this so that swim data can continue to be uploaded to training plans?

Hmm, we did verified that it worked a few days ago but you are the second to report this.  We will look into this more.

I'm getting the same problem also. When I try to log on to swimsense old web site, it doesn't recognize my details, but will work on the new swim sense site.

So far, I have been unable to upload any data using both methods available on BT. It will not upload the workouts from the swimsense watch direct, and remains on 0%.

When trying to use the upload tab on training log window, it says "log in to swim sense failed".

We have confirmed that there is two swimsense training logs now (new site), I have an email into them to try to get it sorted out.

I just sent another email to the Finis to tech support after hearing nothing from my other contacts.  If I hear nothing by next week, I will give them a call.

The problem does have to do with the new training log at Finis.  There is little information on the site about the log, if it even supports getting data via an API.

Since the device is now deleted from the upload list, I assume that there was no fix?

No fix.  After repeated emails and leaving messages that went unanswered, and from their website info, when the new log came out I am fairly confident that they are not supporting the API for other sites like us.

Thanks. Disappointed with Finis, seems like a poor decision to try to keep the data locked in a proprietary site and not a very user friendly move. I guess I'll just use my 910xt from now on. Thanks again for your efforts. Hopefully, someone from the company will read this and come to their senses.
