Tough to pick between Gatorade and Gatorade Endurance. I wouldn't use the Endurance in a short race and I wouldn't use the regular stuff in a long race. However, in their respective distances, ain't nuttin better.

I already voted for Hammer Sustained Energy.
But must add that Hammer Recoverite is the best recovery drink - not sure if this is a different category though!
