Subject: Best Training PlanI have recently changed up my tri schedule, and this is what I hope to do: March 8 - Sprint - registered April - Sprint - looking May - Sprint - registered June - not sure - hoping for Olympic - looking for a one recommended as good for a 1st Olympic. July - Sprint - will register when it opens August - not sure. September - Olympic October - not sure yet November - 1st 1/2 IM - November 9th Should I start with the sprint, and then go to an Olympic plan after my sprint. At what point in my training should I go to the 1/2 IM plan for my event? |
