training data from today deleted

Kimberly, the daily backups, if I'm not mistaken, run at night, so it is quite possible that if you put in something yesterday and then it was gone yesterday too, then the backups didn't even see it.

Though lets try to figure out what happened, did you do any 'copying' workout stuff from a prior day into yesterdays log?  Was it your 'overall comments' that just got deleted or was it workout stuff too?  If you can let me know if you did any copy/move/delete of the your planned and actual workouts yesterday that would help pin this down.

No, I didn't copy/move/delete anything.  Everything got deleted, comments and workouts.  I went back in and put what I remembered from my workout data back in there and left the comments alone.  I just went back in there to type in the blog area and there was nothing there.  It's not a big deal since I could reconstruct my workout for the most part, but if I did anything wrong I'd like to know so I don't do it again!

Something like this happened maybe once before and the only thing we could possibly come up with was that perhaps the 'back' - 'forward' button (some people use as navigation) was used to open up an older instance of the logging screen which could over-write data.  But I have confirmed that we have since prevented this...do you use the browser forward-back buttons for navigation???

So, as of now, I don't know what to say unless somebody else has the same issue with some more details that we can hopefully see what the problem is.  There is about 6,000 log updates daily so if it is a weird issue with the software, let's hope someone else lets us know so we can find it.

Mike and I will remember this post if it comes up again and hopefully we can then figure it out.
