Its 40f with melting snow and ice here – perfect for a ride!!
You are doing the triathlon right? That involves getting wet in the swimming section? But don’t want to ride a bike in the rain.
Bwhaaaaaaa
Sorry – New England Cabin fever kicking in. As I was in Texas last week and I KNOW what the driving standards are lie in the rain then I really can’t blame you for going indoors.
As for the bike- I would suggest you find the upright one and spend a few minutes getting the pedals and seat set up for youself. Then pedal away and just change the level until it feels like you are hitting reasonable resistance (which will depend on how used to cycling you are!! ).
I avoid the bikes with the pedals at the front and the ones that use the arms as well but that’s my choise. If this is just a one off then I guess it wont matter too much.
take music to listen too cos it can be dullllllllllllllllll
