Happy Sunday

I'm not going to report my weight - I think traveling is messing with me.

I weighed 2 lbs fore this morning than I did yesterday evening, that just doesn't seem right and it's too depressing to think about

hopefully next week will be better

OK - 146 pounds today, which is 5 pounds heavier than my lowest last year. I'm really thinking that training for IMFL will take care of that.

Will try to eat more "Core Foods" this week, although I'm off to a bad start (coworker handed me a Bacon/Egg/Cheese Biscuit this morning).

You will be MUCH happier if you restrain yourself and weigh in only once a week. Weighing in every day can get discouraging because your weight fluctuates naturally at different times. Trust me on this one. Once a week.

Back up 2.5 this week.  I at least seem to be within the same 5 lbs. as I was at the beginning of November and seem to be spinning my wheels. 

I have given myself one more week to goof off.  On March 9, I start an Oly training plan.  That should get the numbers down consistently if I follow it like I should.

you sound like you are keeping a very healthy attitude about it though - you will get there!
