Subject: Newbie in PA
Actually I'm from GA but living in Harrisburg PA this year for school and to visit my family, hopefully I will be heading back to GA in the fall. I the meantime it's Tri-time in PA and I am looking for friends and workout buddies. I am 44 gwm and live in Pennbrook.

Does anyone know how I can paste a link to my profile and workout log so friends and family can check it out?

Welcome to Pa.  I'm not sure exactly what you mean about posting the link.  Where do you want to post it?  There is a forum on here for any questions you have about the training logs and BT in general.  They are pretty quick and helpful :-)

 Got any particular race(s) you are training for?
